I'm Sandi Creswell, a native to Pottsboro. I'm Not only a mom to three beautifl children, but also a fun loving JOLT instructor! I have been working with children for most of my life. Being at camp JOLT allows me to fullfill my love for the outdoors and children. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with my family.Being at camp JOLT has allowed me to become a certified waterfront lifegaurd and high ropes instructor. My goal at camp is to help children learn to respect nature and have fun..."remember, if you kill it, you eat it." Can't wait to see you at camp!

I am a local to Pottsboro and have always loved being outdoors and learning about nature. I graduated from Christendom College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I was also a Certified Water Safety Instructor through the Red Cross and taught swimming during the summer for 5 years. I loved teaching and working with kids, especially about something that I really loved and was interested in, which is what brings me to JOLT.

Travis Southerland
Astronomy & Survival Specialist

My name is Travis Southerland, and I am located in Sherman, TX. I have grown up in the creeks and riverbeds around this area and would  rather be in the woods then in the city. I love to kayak and conoe as well as go backpacking from time to time. I attended CCCC for graphic design and GCCC for astronomy & physics. If I'm not doing the said outdoor activities...You will more than likely find a camera in my hand. In my spare time, I also write a survival blog, you can check it out here.

Hi! I'm April, known here at camp JOLT as "Awesome April." I can honestly say that I have been around the world and find myself right back in Sherman, TX. God works in mysterious ways! I've spent the last eight years working with children and all the joys that come with them! I've been working at camp JOLT for a full season. Safety is something I am passionate about. Lifegaurding and teaching CPR has allowed me to utilize my passion for keeping people safe! I have an 8-year-old angel who keeps me grounded and pushes me forward. I am excited to work here at camp JOLT and look forward to see you all here at camp!

Hi folks, my name is Brad Stevenson. I am a marine biology major from Texas A&M Galveston. I also had a stint on commercial fishing vessels in the New England area. Basiclly, if it's in, on, or near water, I am all about it.

Howdy! I've had 4 years experience working in summer camps, and have been doing challenge course for 3. I graduated in 2009 from Tarleton State Uninversity with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, with an emphasis in Wildlife Management and a minor in Biology. I love being outdoors and passing on my passion for the outdoors.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who is very much at home in the wilderness. I grew up in rural Pennsylvania before entering the military. I have had the opportunity to live in quite a few different places around the the US and abroad. I made Texas my home 11 years ago. My passions include primitive survival skills and animal tracking along with a broad range of other outdoor topics. I spend much of my time kayaking, trail running, hiking, backpacking, and moutain biking. I am proud to be part of such a wonderful program that enriches so many kids and grants them the opportunity to learn about the environment.
